TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is agreed that the following terms set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.
Booking Fee:
The Booking Fee of 25% of the total price secures the date, time, and services of Noah’s Way Photography for the wedding. It is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, representing the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation. All cancellations must be in writing. Weddings postponed to a later date will retain the fee if the photographer can reschedule for the new date and time.
Payment Terms:
Following payment of the booking fee, the total balance of fees is to be paid two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Noah’s Way Photography accepts bank transfers only.
Images included in this contract may be used in their portfolio, literature, website, email, and social media channels.
Wedding Day Timeline & Agenda:
All the couples should send the agenda/ timeline of the Wedding Day before one month of the wedding and we will review it within 7 days and give the couple a call to discuss it in details.
Where the couple had not sent it before a month from the wedding we will be contacting them only two weeks before the wedding date.
Copyright:
Any images or copies remain the copyright of Noah’s Way Photography. Copying or allowing to be copied photographically, electronically, or by any other means without written permission for commercial use is illegal. Clients have the right to use images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Attendance:
In the unlikely event of the assigned Photographer being unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, Noah’s Way Photography reserves the right to appoint another photographer.
Cancellation:
The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to Noah’s Way Photography but shall forfeit any monies paid.
Agenda:
Wedding Day Agenda and the photo shot list must be provided one month before the wedding date.
Confirmation:
We accept the responsibility to contact the Photographer at least two weeks prior to the wedding date to confirm details are correct and there are no alterations.
Requirements:
If the photographer is required at the reception, a meal should be provided.
We agree to advise all relevant service providers of times, details, and locations as per the agreement. Failure to do so may affect the extent of photographic coverage.
Group Photos:
If specified individuals on the family group shot list are unavailable at the allocated time, it is not the photographer’s responsibility.
Couple Photos:
If the couple does not cooperate for photos, it is not the photographer’s responsibility.
Delivery:
Client Gallery for selections will be provided to the nominated email within 2 days of the wedding for selections. The final completed edits will be provided within 8-10 weeks via email.
* By completing the deposit payment the Couple agree to Noah’s Way Photography Terms & Conditions.
